Mission Statement

Stillwater Christian School exists to offer a Christ-centered academic program of excellence, and to support actively involved Christian parents in their God-given responsibility to train their children to glorify God and to be fully equipped as moral, intelligent, productive, and responsible citizens who will serve and witness to the world.

Our philosophy for education is based upon the authority, authenticity, and reliability of the Bible as the complete and final revelation of God.

Statement of Faith

Stillwater Christian School exists to offer a Christ-centered academic program. Our focus is on Kingdom education. Part of our job is to partner with parents in their God given responsibility to train children to glorify God.

At Stillwater Christian School we teach and believe that the following are the “essentials” of the Christian faith and that all Christians must believe these Essentials to be truly saved and within the will of God:

  1.  We believe there is only one God, eternally existent in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

  2. We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, and is infallible, and our final authority in all matters of religion.        

  3. We believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and the Savior of the world.

  4. We believe in the miraculous birth, sinless life, death, bodily resurrection, ascension and literal return of Jesus.

  5. We believe that the Holy Spirit lives in the Christian and helps him to live a godly life.

  6. We believe that salvation is a result of a personal faith in Christ.

  7. We believe that obedience to Christ is essential for an effective Christian life.

  8. We believe that baptism is immersion in water and has been commanded by Christ Jesus and His apostles.

  9. We believe in an everlasting heaven for the saved and an everlasting hell for the lost.

  10. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

  11. We believe that the term marriage has only one meaning: the uniting of one man and one woman in a single, exclusive union, as delineated in Scripture.

  12. We believe that God wonderfully foreordained and immutably created each person as either male or female in conformity with their biological sex.
