Mission Statement

Stillwater Christian School exists to offer a Christ-centered academic program of excellence, and to support actively involved Christian parents in their God-given responsibility to train their children to glorify God and to be fully equipped as moral, intelligent, productive, and responsible citizens who will serve and witness to the world.

Pre-K

Children must be four years old by September 1st to be eligible for the Pre-K program at SCS. Our Pre-K is full-day, five days a week (Monday – Friday).

The class will be limited to 15 students which will foster greater teacher/student interaction. The students will also benefit from enrichment classes in art, computers, music, library, and physical education.

The classroom work will follow BJU and ACSI Curriculum and will prepare your child well for the kindergarten class at SCS. Your child will be engaged in developmentally appropriate activities and lessons throughout the day. Through play, which is vital to social, physical, cognitive, and spiritual development, your child will establish learning habits, build a strong foundation of lifelong learning, and grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ. As a result of his or her Pre-K experience, your child will establish learning habits and become accustomed to the academic routine and curriculum of our school.

K-8th

The goal of SCS is to see that our students are academically and spiritually prepared for the rigors and challenges of continued education. One of the most important things SCS instills in our students is the ability to help them think biblically and in a Christian manner about the issues they will face as they go from our environment to college and beyond.

While promoting high academic standards, SCS also implements and upholds character standards by providing opportunities for personal development through intentional missions and service opportunities.

Before School Care Program Student Rates:

Fulltime and Daily drop-ins are always welcome at a rate of $3 per day per student

Please note that according to school policy, if you drop off your children before 8:10 and have not arranged for before school care, your family account will be charged the daily drop-in rate.

After School Care Program Student Rates:

Fulltime and Daily drop-ins are always welcome at a rate of $7 per day per student.

Please note that according to school policy, if you are later that 3:40 to pick up your children from school, your child will be sent to After School Care and your family account will be charged the daily drop-in rate.

Charges will be added to your Sycamore account.
